Contact point under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

The single point of contact for authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 DSA), and at the same time for users (Art. 12 DSA), is the email address hey@typhora.group. Your message is read by a person, not a machine. We communicate in German and English.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have questions or complaints, please write to us directly at hey@typhora.group.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to look for circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected.
