You can cancel a subscription or withdraw from a purchase without signing in: Cancel contracts here and Withdraw from a contract.
Delete your account
You delete your Hive account yourself in the app:
- Open Hive, in the app or in the browser at https://hive.henny.info/app, and sign in.
- Open the settings.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Choose “Delete only my account” or “Delete everything” and confirm.
Without the app, you can write to hey@typhora.group.
What “Delete only my account” and “Delete everything” remove, what remains and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, section 15. It also explains what happens to running subscriptions and to credits.
Report content
Have you come across something in Hive that is illegal or harms people? Report it here, even without an account. A person reviews every report. If you have an account, you can also report people directly in the app.
For depictions of child sexual abuse you do not need to give a name or an address. If you give an email address, you receive a confirmation of receipt and later our decision.
